Shane is the most recent addition to the Rainey Law team and is a diligent and deliberate attorney. Born in Texas, but raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Shane decided to remain in the state he calls home. Shane attended the University of Tulsa, where he received his degree in Sociology and Film Studies. He earned his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law as a member of the Order of the Coif and American Indian Law Review and served as Co-Chief Counsel of the OU Law Legal Clinic, Boren Fellow, and EJW Summer Corps Member.
Shane has experience in appellate and original jurisdiction litigation, civil litigation, victim protective orders and protective order expungements, estate planning, and The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
Shane married his best friend and raises two wonderful children and several cats with her. In his spare time, Shane pursues his interests in creative writing, video games, and photography.
